Challenge

Selling through messengers and spreadsheets stops working as soon as the product range and the number of orders grow. Website builders run into limits of their own: complex product lines, product variants, prices per customer tier and several suppliers working at once either do not fit at all or cost extra. Stock, orders and accounting drift apart.

Solution

The store ships whole: a catalog with categories, attributes and product variants, search and filters over that data, cart, checkout and reorder, card payments and invoices for business buyers, delivery pricing and carrier integrations. An order moves through a status model — paid, picked, shipped, returned — and the customer in their account and the shop in the admin panel see the same state.

The same platform runs as a marketplace: sellers get their own accounts, offers and prices; the warehouse gets stock levels, reservations and several storage locations; accounting gets an exchange with external systems. A basic store goes live from 14 days, and the marketplace grows out of it step by step, with no platform swap at the next stage.

Outcome

Catalog, orders, payments, delivery and stock are kept in one system instead of drifting between a spreadsheet, a till and a chat thread. A complex range — variants, pricing tiers for different kinds of buyer, several suppliers — fits the platform without paying per feature, and sales by product, seller and channel are counted from real orders.
