Privacy and Personal Data Policy

This notice explains what data the AdminGuide website receives, why it is needed, who may receive it, and how people in the United States can exercise their rights.

Effective 2026-10-04Data operator/controller: AdminGuidePrivacy requests: [email protected]

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to adminguide.ru, its inquiry form, and related business communications. AdminGuide determines how the data is used. Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected].

In the United States, federal rules against unfair or deceptive practices and the law of a resident’s state apply where the relevant law covers the controller and the processing at issue.

2. Data we collect

We do not ask for sensitive data. Do not place health data, biometrics, identity documents, payment credentials, or another person’s data in a free-text field unless it is necessary for an agreed project and has been requested through an appropriate channel.

  • name, email address, telephone number, handle, or another contact supplied by the person;
  • project description, brief, company information, and subsequent correspondence;
  • the source page and advertising UTM parameters when present in the entry URL;
  • IP address, browser User-Agent, interface language, and the date and version of consent;
  • operational history such as status, notes, replies, and related documents if the interaction continues.

3. Purposes of processing

We process this data to respond to a request, take requested steps before a contract, perform a resulting contract, meet legal obligations, secure the service, and maintain ordinary business records. Submitting the form authorizes processing for the stated inquiry. If required fields or consent are refused, the web form cannot be submitted; the published email address remains available.

  • receive an inquiry, contact the requester, and prepare a proposal;
  • take requested pre-contract steps and perform a resulting contract;
  • protect the form and infrastructure from spam, abuse, and attacks;
  • maintain a business record and comply with legal obligations;
  • attribute an inquiry through UTM parameters without behavioral advertising.

4. Processing and recipients

Data may be collected, recorded, organized, stored, corrected, used to respond, disclosed to authorized recipients, restricted, deleted, and destroyed by automated and manual means.

We do not sell or rent personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

  • staff and contractors who need the data to handle the inquiry;
  • hosting, database, backup, and infrastructure providers;
  • email providers and Telegram when those notification channels are enabled;
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — browser and visit data only, and only after you click Got it in the cookie notice (sections 8 and 9);
  • public authorities when disclosure is legally required.

5. Retention

Data is retained while necessary to answer the inquiry, prepare or perform a contract, maintain an appropriate business record, and protect legal claims. When the purpose ends, consent is withdrawn, or a valid request is granted, data is deleted or de-identified unless continued retention is required by law, contract, or a dispute. The exact period depends on the inquiry and mandatory record-retention rules; data should not be kept longer than necessary.

6. Security and international processing

The controller uses access controls, authentication, logging, input validation, backups, and other proportionate safeguards. No internet transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Service providers may process data in another U.S. state or country. Where applicable law requires it, the controller uses contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

If you click Got it in the cookie notice, visit data is sent to Google LLC in the United States through Google Analytics: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, actions on them, and the identifier stored in the _ga cookie. Without Got it, nothing is sent to Google.

7. United States state privacy notice

Depending on the resident’s state and statutory thresholds, rights may include confirming and accessing data, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and freedom from discrimination for exercising a privacy right. Where an appeal is required, it may be submitted by replying to the controller’s decision.

Categories collected during the preceding 12 months are identifiers and contact details, internet or network information, and professional or commercial information contained in an inquiry. Sources are the requester, their browser, and later correspondence. Purposes and recipient categories are listed above. Google Analytics receives browser and visit data only with consent and for audience measurement; Google advertising signals are turned off in the site’s tag. We do not sell these categories or share them for targeted advertising, so a separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link is not currently required.

Requests to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy may be sent to [email protected]. We will verify the requester and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The public website sets no advertising cookies. The only third-party analytics is Google Analytics, loaded only with your consent. Everything the website stores in your browser is listed below.

  • NEXT_LOCALE — the language you picked. Strictly necessary, set without consent, expires with the browser session.
  • ag_consent — a record that you closed the cookie notice or opted out of the browser marker and Google Analytics, with its date and the notice version. Strictly necessary: without it the notice would return on every page. Expires after one year.
  • ag_device — an anonymous browser marker that tells a return visit from a new one. Set only after you click Got it in the cookie notice, unreadable to page scripts (HttpOnly), expires after one year. Opting out erases it at once.
  • _ga and _ga_GXFYFTZ702 — Google Analytics cookies that tell your browser apart from others and link your visits together. Set only after you click Got it, expire after two years. Opting out erases them and turns the counter off at once.
  • sessionStorage: ag_visit — a random visit marker. It lasts until the tab closes and links the pages viewed in one visit to each other and to an inquiry sent during that visit.
  • sessionStorage: UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on. Kept until the tab closes and sent to us together with an inquiry. The same parameters are also recorded in the statistics for the first page view of the visit.
  • localStorage: the draft of an unsent inquiry. It stays in your browser, is never sent to the server and is cleared once the form is submitted.

10. Children

The website is intended for business communications and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 in the United States and do not invite minors to submit inquiries independently. A parent or legal guardian may request deletion of data received by mistake.

11. Changes and contact

A new version applies from the effective date shown above. Materially broader practices will not be applied retroactively to existing data without a new lawful basis. Send questions, complaints, and rights requests to [email protected].
