Challenge
Bookings come in by phone, through messenger threads and into a shared schedule. That holds while the flow is small. As it grows, requests get lost between channels, two clients land in the same slot, and a reminder goes out only when the front desk remembers it. Nobody can say how loaded the team really is, or how many bookings fell through and why.
Solution
Clients book themselves, around the clock, from the website or straight inside Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook: they pick a service, a specialist and a free slot, and the system closes that slot. Schedules, client records, request history and the service list are kept in one panel; every member of staff gets an account and a calendar, permissions follow roles, and availability syncs with Google Calendar.
Reminders to clients and notifications to staff go out without anyone sending them, and workload and booking statistics are counted from actual appointments. The system goes live from 14 days and grows in steps — into a full CRM or an industry platform — without replacing what already runs.
Outcome
Booking runs around the clock with no front desk: clients pick their own time, messengers included, and the schedule closes itself. Requests from every channel sit in one history, reminders go out on their own, and team workload is visible to the owner in the same place it is generated.
