What happens while the chat goes on
- 01Free slots are calculated from the doctors' schedules and the appointments already booked, so nothing in the list is invented.
- 02Confirmation creates a record in the clinic database: the front desk sees it in the calendar and in the appointment list immediately.
- 03The patient is filed by phone number, so a repeat visit lands in the same record.
- 04The doctor's calendar gets the same appointment through Google Calendar or a phone subscription.
