Ready-made solutions

Short-stay rental booking system

Sells nights through your own site and keeps availability in one place when properties are listed on several platforms at once.

When a property is listed both on your site and on booking platforms, availability is kept in several calendars at once. Two platforms sell the same night, a cancellation has to be carried across by hand, and the owner reconciles dates from messages and a spreadsheet. As the number of properties grows, seasonal prices, deposits and outstanding balances, invoices and check-in reminders pile on top — and all of it stays manual work, which is the first thing to slip.

We built a ready-made booking system where availability is kept in its own database tables rather than in generic key-value fields: filtering by dates is a database query, not a scan through listings. Platform calendars are parsed on a schedule and merged into one availability record, and our own calendar goes back to them through the same exchange. From there the system is built out step by step — from payments and invoices to owner accounts and partner programs.

Who it is for

  • Short-stay apartments

Owners of one or several apartments who rent by the night and are listed on booking platforms at the same time.

  • Houses, cottages and villas

Country houses and villas with seasonal prices, deposits and a minimum stay that differs from one property to another.

  • Property managers

Companies managing properties that belong to someone else: shared availability, settlements with owners and a separate report per property.

  • Aparthotels and guest houses

Small hotels and guest houses where rooms are sold as separate units and check-in and check-out run by the hour.

  • Resorts and glamping

Holiday parks, glamping sites and campgrounds with cabins of different capacity and a pronounced season.

  • Venues and spaces

Studios, halls, coworking spaces and venues let out for a day or for several days in a row.

  • Anything else booked by date

Any business where what is rented is taken for specific dates, and that same availability has to be visible in several places at once.

Availability stays in one place

The system starts with the catalog and the calendar; payments, invoices, owner accounts and partner programs are switched on as they are needed. The platforms do not go anywhere: their calendars stay part of one shared availability rather than a separate sheet somebody has to reconcile by hand.
