Challenge
Property booking for an international audience means a catalog, an availability calendar, payments and two separate accounts — owner and guest — all at once. While those parts are kept apart, requests fall through the gaps and availability has to be confirmed manually.
Solution
Property catalog, availability calendar, booking, payments and both owner and guest accounts are brought into one system. Search, mobile flows and checkout are designed as a single sequence rather than as separate screens.
A request no longer needs availability confirmed manually: request handling and payment-service exchange happen inside the system. A new property, country or language is added to the existing catalog instead of starting a second one.
Outcome
A request now travels from search to payment inside one system: availability, booking and settlement are linked, and handling requests no longer needs manual confirmation. Catalog, geography and audience expand without reworking the foundation.
